Where will your adventure lead? How can we work together to make it happen? Cardio? Core? Upper Body? Lower Body? Stabilizing, athletic conditioning, you name it we can improve and strengthen. Do you have existing injuries? No problem, we all do. We will determine your range of motion and how to best accommodate your body. Strength training can look a lot of different ways depending on the person. Maybe we will use weights, maybe we will use resistance bands, maybe it’s body weight. No matter the tools used, you will be ready to conquer your adventure with your knowledge and body awareness.
