It all begins with a challenge. Or maybe it began with a request. Either way you are in for a ride with Natalie and the rest of the group while you embark on focused and full body work. You may utilize body weight, yoga block(s), resistance bands, dumbells, or anything else Natalie may come up with! These props (or lack there of) will help create awareness in muscle engagement and embrace mindful movement. Injured? Don’t worry, Natalie has seen and experienced it all! There is a modification for everything and everyone! Nervous to take class? Nervous energy brings excitement to the room! The crew has your back and everyone helps to encourage everyone to push through their challenges to make it across the finish line with a smile on their face!
