Hamstrings tight? Shoulders tight? What about your hips? On a trip through a power class not only are you submersed in a heated room with music to inspire movement, but you are also lengthened and strengthening targeted muscles throughout class. You will not only improve your movement and mind/body connection to each posture, you will gain strength and mind clarity. Pace of class is not so fast you feel lost and unclear. You will be guided with your breath, yes, breathing is key! Unsure about yoga words? Don’t worry, everything is accessible to everyone! Props and modifications are encouraged to strengthen your own practice.
